The practical terms that apply when you order from MedOxus.

Products and pricing
Product details, available sizes and prices appear on the product and checkout pages. Prices are in Pakistani rupees. We work to keep information accurate and will contact you before dispatch if a material error or stock problem affects an order. Illustrations are identified as such and may differ from final product photography. Only claims shown on the product page form part of our description.
Orders and payment
Submitting checkout creates an order request. We may contact you to confirm stock, address or payment before dispatch. Cash on delivery is paid to the courier when you receive the parcel. If card payment is offered, it is handled by the named payment provider. We never ask you to send card details by email or WhatsApp.
Availability and cancellation
If we cannot fulfil all or part of your order, we will contact you with the available options and refund any amount collected for items we cannot supply. You may request cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, the returns and exchanges policy applies.
Delivery and remedies
The selected delivery method and charge are shown in the checkout review before you place an order. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. Our shipping and returns policies explain delays, exchanges and refunds. Nothing in these terms removes remedies available for faulty, wrong or misdescribed goods under applicable law.
Contact and disputes
Please contact care@medoxus.com first with your order number and concern so we can investigate and respond. These terms apply to orders placed through medoxus.com for delivery in Pakistan and are subject to applicable Pakistani law. We will update the date above if the terms change; changes will not retrospectively alter an order already accepted.
