Information we collect

When you shop, ask for early access or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery address, profession segment and message. We also retain order, payment-status, delivery and support records needed to serve you and resolve disputes. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by MedOxus.

How we use information

• To confirm, fulfil and support orders, including fraud checks and delivery updates.
• To answer enquiries, handle returns and improve products and service.
• To send product news or offers only where you have asked for them; you can opt out at any time.
• To maintain site security, measure performance where enabled and meet applicable legal obligations.

Who helps us provide the service

We share only what is needed with our hosting, email, payment and delivery providers. Some providers process data outside Pakistan. We do not sell customer contact lists. We disclose information to authorities only when legally required or to protect people and the service from misuse.

Retention and your choices

We keep order and accounting records for as long as needed to operate the business and meet legal obligations, then remove or de-identify them where practical. You can ask to access, correct or delete information, or withdraw marketing permission, by writing to care@medoxus.com. Some records may need to remain for completed transactions or legal duties. Security and changes

We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no online service can promise absolute security. If we change this policy materially, we will update the date above and explain the change on this page. Contact hello@medoxus.com with privacy questions.
